Employment, Workplace and Commercial Mediation

Conflict can occur in any  relationship, whether in employment or a commercial relationship. In working relationships it is best dealt with early on to have the best chance of success and avoiding time-consuming and costly grievances or even employment tribunal claims.  

Alongside commercial mediation, our Principal Consultant is accredited by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) to mediate in workplace and employment litigation conflicts. Working with the parties concerned a mediator skilfully manages the process that allows them to find a mutually agreeable resolution.
